Return Policy

All items are subject to returns under the following conditions:

• Item has been unopened in its original packaging 
• Return initiated within 5 days of item purchase
• NO damage to the items

*We are only responsible from reimbursing product costs. The purchaser is responsible for handling shipping costs and other fees.

*Refunds will be issued after the product has been inspected 

*Shipping Fees are NOT included in the refund.

*Fiber Imprints is not responsible for defective or damaged products due to poor installation and misuse.

*Refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays.

*Refunds on ANY product is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

*Fiber Imprints reserves the right to refuse or decline the return of any products which in its sole discretion does not satisfy the return criteria.
